Yoga Classes

Yoga is for everyone! No matter your age, fitness level or experience, anyone enjoy their variation of yoga. The practice of yoga poses (also called asana) can easily be modified for every individual either with the use of props or adjusting the pose to ensure you are getting the most benefit from your practice. Yoga allows you to explore and challenge yourself as well as honoring your body, mind and spirit. Maria's teaching style integrates the alignment of Iyengar practice as well as using props and breath work.

As a yoga practitioner, student and teacher, Maria's goal is to provide a space that is fun, safe and supportive of your yoga practice. It's an opportunity to receive individual attention and guidance to help you evolve your own physical and mental well being.

Many of our members are beginners or have some chronic injuries. Just taking the first step to starting your practice and being consistent will increase your flexibility, strength and minimize any pain.
